Set in the historical Commercial Bank of 1889 — The Bay Hotel is a reimagined space that heralds Mornington’s rich heritage, its iconic-beachside streets and pub culture. The Identity pays homage to the former bank whilst embedding its new story as a unique new food, drink and entertainment venue.
