Shadowfax is a boutique winery located in the heart of Werribee Park, just 30 minutes from Melbourne. Dedicated to creating quality, handcrafted wines, Shadowfax produces a range of premium wines from its own vineyards in Werribee and the Macedon Ranges.
Renowned varieties include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Shiraz as well as a selection of highly limited, single-vineyard wines including the Minnow, which is a unique combination of Carignan, Mataro, Cinsault, Grenache and Mondeuse Noir.
Contemporary in design and function, Shadowfax’s unique architecture reflects an attempt to create a harmony between the winery and its natural surroundings. Created by Wood Marsh and built in 2000, the winery is still as contemporary as it was when it first opened, offering visitors the opportunity to taste the wines, purchase from the cellar door and enjoy a delicious lunch at the restaurant.
Shadowfax wines are poured, sipped and enjoyed in many of Australia’s world-class restaurants, cafes and bars, and we are incredibly proud to be a major partner of Eat Drink Design Awards in 2017.

We offer an unmatched breadth of product and service capabilities, including construction, property development, manufacturing, furniture and hospitality.
Having designed and built each of our own signature hospitality establishments, we understand that it takes a lot more than just good food and drink to be successful in this space. It’s our penchant for thoughtful design, and a commitment to quality finishes and craftsmanship that set the stage for a truly memorable experience. Of course, we couldn’t do it without our many collaborators and partners. We congratulate all the design visionaries entering the 2017 Eat Drink Design Awards.
