Simone McEwan is an Australian interior architect with two decades of experience, and was former design director for Soho House and project director at Studioilse.
In her previous roles and consultancy, Simone has delivered highly successful global hospitality projects for brands such as Soho House, Selfridges and Co, Fortnum and Mason, Duddells, Rosewood Hotels and 67 Pall Mall among others.
Alongside her long-term design collaborator Sacha Leong who is based in London, Simone launched her new studio Nice Projects in the midst of Covid in 2020. Nice Projects is dedicated to creating memorable, sustainable spaces of the highest possible quality with an eye for detail, design, comfort and joy. Relocating to Sydney in 2024, Simone is now heading the Nice Projects studio in Australia and Asia, bringing her industry experience and creative sensibility back home.
