Pat Nourse
Pat Nourse is the creative director of Melbourne Food and Wine Festival. A former editor and chief critic at Gourmet Traveller, Pat has written about food, drink and travel for a variety of Australian publications over the last 25 years and has been published internationally in the likes of Travel + Leisure, Saveur, Conde Nast Traveller, Gourmet, Lucky Peach, and Afar, as well as in the books Ester (2023), Signature Dishes That Matter (2019) and the Oxford Companion to Spirits and Cocktails (2021).
