Restaurateur, Congress, Future Future and Lagotto
Katie’s career in hospitality started from a young age with Saturday morning trips to Melbourne’s Vic Market with her food-obsessed family. Her career includes time in the kitchen as a chef, training as a sommelier and managing some of Melbourne’s best (hatted) restaurants. Her twin brother at the same time was quietly delivering small-scale inner-city residential developments. Working with her brother, Katie formed Milieu Hospitality out of a perceived need for quality hospitality venues in new developments. The result is three wonderful restaurants - Congress, Future Future and Lagotto. Each venue fantastic examples of confident, well designed and considered hospitality.
