Jean-Paul Ghougassian co-founded the Melbourne-based architecture and interiors practice Ritz and Ghougassian. The practice has been the recipient of a number of Eat Drink Design Awards for their hospitality spaces, a reflection of their refined architecturally rigorous work that is distinguished by its strong adherence to a set of shared design values and its avoidance of anything faddish or trendy.
Jean-Paul leads the interior design side of the practice with a clear vision, shaped by years of experience across varied typologies, including restaurants, bars, wellness spaces and private residences. His diverse background gives him a deep understanding of materials, shapes and how spaces come together, allowing him to create interiors that are both impactful and highly intentional.
