With over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Jason M. Jones has been a dynamic force in the culinary world since opening his first restaurant at just 17 years old in his hometown of Maffra. From those early days filled with youthful ambition and optimism, he has since founded and operated 32 restaurants and cafes all while infusing his venues with a commitment to exceptional food, genuine hospitality and vibrant, memorable experiences.
Today, Jason is proud to call Entrecôte, the Parisian-inspired restaurant in Prahran, his home base, alongside other beloved establishments such as Hopper Joint, Second Home and the recently opened Gigi. A passionate lover of food, art, design, wine, travel and music, Jason continues to bring a unique blend of creativity, expertise and warmth to the Melbourne dining scene, constantly innovating while staying true to the timeless spirit of hospitality.
