Brent Savage is a highly acclaimed chef and the co-owner of the Bentley Restaurant Group. Based in Sydney, Brent and business partner Nick Hildebrandt operate award-winning Bentley Restaurant and Bar, Cirrus Dining, Monopole, Yellow Restaurant and (with Savage as chef consultant) Brasserie 1930.
Brent is considered one of the best contemporary Australian chefs. Known for his commitment to sustainability and locally sourced ingredients, he has been a vocal advocate for reducing food waste and promoting ethical practices in the restaurant industry.
Brent is respected as one of Sydney’s pioneers of modern Australian fine-dining cooking. He has also developed vegan fine dining, changing how it is perceived in the restaurant landscape.
