Located in Sydney’s heritage-listed Beneficial House, maximalist dining room The Sanderson is a contemporary ode to the seafood-and-steak brasseries of a bygone New York.

The Sanderson is the first restaurant by client The Speakeasy Group, and a sister venue to its beloved prohibition era-styled bar Eau De Vie.
