Gibney offers seaside alfresco fine dining, the first of its kind in Perth. The design language balances a maximalist palette with old-world grandeur. Drawing on broad influences such as classic California country clubs, Parisian hotel lobbies, the spaces are infused with opulence while being gracious and free from coastal cliché.
