Tucked away in a former mechanics workshop in Nunawading is the new Manta Ray Coffee Roastery and café by Vincent Gao. Designed as an extension of the Manta Ray brand, the space takes cues from Manta Ray’s branding and collateral inspired by the imagery of Chinese art.
