Tayim transforms the basement of the Harbour Rocks Hotel as a restaurant and bar that celebrates the heritage listed warehouse. The ambiance of each warehouse bay is distinct, shifting between the bar, lounge, dining and open kitchen, and new balcony provides outdoor dining in the historic laneway setting.
