Overlooking the historic Robertson chimney, a lofty concrete ‘shell’ in a suburban industrial park is reimagined into a rich and engaging hospitality space with custom stone, blackwood and ‘charred-clay’ references. Catering to diverse patron groups, Mr Robertson reflects the warmth and generosity of ‘service’ through a textured and comfortable environment.
