A monochromatic material palette in harmony with textured surfaces frames the spatial realisation of Tomi Björck & Sam Cole’s new restaurant venture. Drawing from the title “blanca” the restaurant manifests as a canvas of raw textures and contrasting tonal arrangements, heightening the refined and chromatic culinary experience.
