Fender Katsalidis was commissioned to design the Mr Carpano Dining + Bar for Action Group Australia, within Novotel Melbourne South Wharf, which forms part of the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre’s expansion project by NH Architecture and Woods Bagot (NHWB).
