After 8 years at the sharp end of Fitzroy’s vibrant dining scene, Cutler & Co was ripe for a creative makeover. The design concept drew upon an unusual medical condition called Synesthesia where one sense engages another, such as when seeing an object triggers an unrelated sound or smell.
