Petite Collins Street espresso bar, Long Shot, has been given a new makeover and transformed into a 250sqm coffee-lovers’ haven. Long Shot Café is the fourth venue for the Collins Square Hospitality Group, the team behind Bar Nacional and Chiara Restaurant and Bar and Collins Square Catering.
