The existing Georgian house, is joined with a largely transparent link to the new building, housing Streat’s business headquarters and numerous social programs for homeless and disadvantaged youth. Open verandahs and walkways allow the spaces to breathe with access to the landscaped retreat from the cafe and hospitality training facilities.
