An elegant rethinking of this much loved Mosman landmark expands its offering to include the acclaimed Bistro Moncur, while making sense of its structure. Key to the project was an aesthetic flow that shifts from classic ‘pub’ tones of dark leather and oak to the lightness of a conservatory.
