Inspired by the intimate izakayas of Tokyo, this compact restaurant is the latest for Japanese Chef Tatsuya Yamazaki. Flow and functionality drove the brief. Warm, light-hued timber elements characterise the design concept, beginning with the elegant framework of traditional Japanese carpentry that wraps the ceiling.
