The Urban Dairy at 2016 Melbourne Food and Wine Festival catapulted passers-by into a large-scale dairy theme park bursting with colour and flavour. Giant inflatable ice creams, and a giant slice of brie captured attention from across the river, whilst pastel coloured shopfronts provided a human scale along Southbank promenade.
