Horse on Heels is a Fitzroy café offering a unique menu based around handcrafted sweet and savoury waffles. The design for the space subtlety reflects the unique process of creating a waffle, from the suspended grid ceiling to the muted palette recalling the simplicity of the basic waffle ingredients.
