Laneway Greens reinvents the typical ‘salad bar’ experience – there are no counter display units filled with salad ingredients; instead the Laneway Greens process works in conjunction with the branding concept – customers read the detailed menu and place their order with the LG staff; their salad is constructed in the prep area behind a steel mesh divider wall, providing a sense of theatre and production to the salad construction process.
