The brief to bring a sense of place and the oenological notion of terroir to Penfolds MER dining experience: to showcase the best of Penfolds’ wines and food created to enhance this. PGM was asked to create a warm inviting, interesting, bespoke dining room that would embody the Penfolds brand.
