Food at the fine-dining level is a handmade thing; attention is paid to the finest details. The Press Club dining room shares this mindset. The ceiling, a multileveled hierarchy, flows in an ordered arrangement, crowning booths of leather and timber, resisting the outside world where things aren't so considered.
