Kwan Brothers is an Asian pop culture mash-up of a warehouse bar, marrying the grit of the original old Asian food factory with the bling of modern-day crazy pop culture references. Functioning as a restaurant, bar or even a nightclub, the dimmed venue is illuminated in red lighting giving off the impression of opium house meets Red Light District – something that’s bold but apt considering the history of Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley and Chinatown.
