Orleans is made from the aggregation of an old bar, half a restaurant, and next-to-nothing. We wanted to make space that might be at once diner and bar. We wanted a horn blown soulfully on a stage every single night. We wanted eating and drinking and dancing, all of the time. We wanted a space that, when you crossed the threshold, would be entirely transporting.
