Brisbane’s new Pony restaurant is about indulging the senses and the theatrical staging of food preparation for the charcoal grill. The design narrative is built around the ‘farrier’ or blacksmithing, incorporating raw materials and featuring a two-metre steel ribbon winds that through the space, implying metal that can be forged.
