Monopole is based on the notion of a traditional European wine bar in a contemporary setting. It’s ambience created, by a palette of dark tones, contrasting textural materials and traditional bistro furniture, is moodily lit, comfortable, voyeuristic, an intimate space that offers the theatre of hospitality service in action.
