Gowings Bar & Grill, the signature restaurant of the QT Sydney Hotel. The challenge with this project was to integrate the broader site narrative of the Gowing’s and The State Theatre Buildings and create a stand alone brand and language for Gowing’s Bar & Grill as a bold and unique hotel restaurant experience.
