Eighthirty Mini Coffee Roastery is a rigorously detailed coffee lab in Auckland’s Ponsonby Markets. The tight tenancy called for an efficient workspace showcasing the act of coffee production. Designed with a simple palette of materials with an elegant system of vertical lattices, the roastery takes joy in the complexity of jointing.
