A small neighborhood wine and food bar, Sidecar occupies the shopfront of a former 1960's ambulance brigade building, in turn built upon sandstone remnants - dating back to the late 1800's - of Hobart's first fire station. Sidecar is 40m2, 20 seats and one monolithic plate steel bar.
