The interior fit-out makes reference to the iconic architectural era and sweeping curves of ocean liner style apartment building the bar is located within, while serving food predominately at high level, a style common to many traditional tapas style restaurants found within the birth place of the cuisine. We wanted to create an aesthetic that was honest and understated and aimed to steer clear of anything too stylised or kitsch un like many of the establishments coming out of the recent wave of small bars to hit Sydney
